Return Policy
Thank you for your order!
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions:
- Damaged or Missing Items: If your item arrives damaged or missing, you must submit a return request with photographic proof within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photos should clearly show the damage or missing item.
- Eligibility: We only accept returns for damaged or missing items. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Return Process: Once your return request with proof is approved, we will send you a new parcel with 0 Cash on Delivery (COD) payment. If you would prefer a full refund instead of a replacement, you will need to return the original item to our location
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 2 business days. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.
